A Few Things You Should Know Before Visiting:
Their pumpkin donuts are delicious, addictive, and should probably be illegal.
They have many nice animals for the kiddos to enjoy. And then there is this guy who gave us the evil eye the entire time we were there. Either that or he was attempting a Jedi mind trick to manipulate us into giving him a donut. Either way, avoid the goat.
The corn canon is as awesome as it looks but a word of warning: they do not count a target hit on a bounce. C'mon Pumpkinville. Don't you think you are being a bit stingy? How many stellar marksmen are really hitting that hay bale on a bounce? That in itself deserves a prize!
The cider mills smells like a juicy piece of heaven and will tempt you to consider erecting one in your own back yard. Until your wife (aka: the voice of reason) convinces you to just buy a gallon of cider instead.
We also highly recommend the hayride although be sure to visit the port-a-potty first. A full bladder is NOT recommended. Notice the death grip we have on our children? It is because we feared they would bounce away.
This is your one chance at a cheat sheet to the corn maze. It expires at the end of the season though as I hear they change the route every year.
And this little beauty? She is a piece of heaven in her own right. And in case you're wondering...
Yes. We did.
